The True Blue roast has hazelnut, raisin and toasted almond aromas as whole beans. When ground, brighter citrus notes abound with maple syrup and spiced cherry.
The palate of this roast consist of flavors of cocoa, dark cherry and molasses. An excellent roast for a house drip or a smooth and light mid-afternoon crew. Luscious and smooth with every cup, after your first pour, you'll taste a bold and sweet coffee.
