Origin: Central Mexico (Fair Trade)

Tasting: Milk chocolate and toasted almond take the lead with a pleasantly balancing medium-low acidity and notes of hazelnut, toffee, and blonde caramel

Ground: As you grind this coffee, a touch of malt, cacao and raw almond fills the room, followed by toasted hazelnut and coconut.

Great company

As I gave the coffee as a Christmas gift, I can't comment on the coffee - what I can say is Thomas Hoban (owner) was quick to answer my concerns and after placing my order was updated on the progress up until it reached the destination. Small thing, but I really appreciated it. I'll find out soon how the coffee tasted and for sure will be ordering some for myself.
