AN ORGANIC LIGHT ROAST WITH A KICK
THE FUZZY is an organic light roast that packs a caffeine punch. It's perfect for light roasts connoisseurs. It's our newest full-bodied roast from central Mexico.
Origin: Central Mexico (Fair Trade - Organic)
Tasting: This roast has expressions of malt, cocoa, nutmeg. It has delightful acidity with a touch of dried red fruit.
Aroma: This roast has hints of caramel, raw almost, toasted peanut, and honey with dry baker's cocoa.
Bean: Beautiful chestnut brown with no visible oil or signs of approaching second crack.
Additional notes: The roast is reminiscent of classic coffee house aroma and taste, with incredible smooth nutty body led by nutmeg and hazelnut and finishing with a dry baker's cocoa. This is an incredibly easy drinking bean.
