Gun Monkey Coffee Company Receives Support From Former NFL player Ron Lou.
FAIRFAX, VA (Feb. 9, 2023) – Gun Monkey Coffee Company and their partner, Operation Care for Heroes, has received a generous donation from former NFL player Ron Lou’s Angry Crab Shack restaurant, funding coffee donations for America’s warfighters through the summer and directly supporting deployed infantry units in Africa and across the Middle East.
“Ron’s donation was crucial to our continued support of deployed units across the globe,” said Tom Hoban, owner and operator of Gun Monkey Coffee Company. “Our operation has grown significantly over the last three years and expanding our partner network has been vital to continue supporting troops overseas.”
Angry Crab Shack’s donation will fund efforts by Operation Care for Heroes to ship coffee provided by Gun Monkey Coffee Company – along with creamer, toiletries and other necessities – to units deployed overseas. Gun Monkey’s primary focus is to support a growing partnership with U.S. infantry units currently deployed to Africa and continue to support existing partnerships with units deployed in the Middle East.
“We’ve worked very cohesively with Operation Care for Heroes since day one,” said Hoban. “Thanks to them, our coffee makes its way to some of the most remote places on earth and to the warfighters who need it the most. With the help of incredible partners like Angry Crab Shack, we can continue to seek out more deployed troops.”
